Studies have found that sex can preserve your heart, reduce blood pressure, as well as, boost immunity. It can also improve your mood and mental health.

A study in Europe in men and women between 20 and 47 found that there is a correlation between frequency of sex and blood pressure levels. The more sex, the lower the blood pressure.

To put sex in the perspective of exercise, 30 minutes of sexual intercourse burns 108 calories. A roti canai has 301 calories, so that could mean 1.5 hours of sex to burn it off.

Researchers stated that men who made love regularly (at least twice a week) were 45 percent less likely to develop heart disease, than those who did so once a month or less, according to one study.

IgA is an antibody that lives in the mucosal tissue, such as the salivary glands, nose, and vaginal tissue, it helps prevents illnesses such as HPV.
Interestingly enough, the study also found that anxiety and stress may cancel out the positive impacts of stress in a person's body.
