Esther Diong, a nutritionist who loves food and is a jill of many trades. She completed an MSc in Nutrition and Public Health Management (SHU) in 2019, and a Degree in Food Science (TARUC) in 2018. Upon completing her studies, she has been providing nutrition consulting services in a private healthcare centre since 2020. She freelances in a variety of roles, especially those which creates opportunities for her career growth.

She is passionate in creating awareness about the importance of nutrition, especially in this fast-paced modern era. With the aid of technology, she hopes that people can make wiser lifestyle choices and live a quality life that is balanced in terms of nutrition, exercise, and mental wellbeing.
