There were 1,183 cases in Category 1 and 2, and 621 in Category 3, 4, and 5.
Selangor had the most new admissions (251), followed by Sabah (239) and Johor (239). (237).
Additionally, yesterday, a total of 20,399 patients were discharged.

ICU beds in four regions have surpassed 50% full, including Kelantan (83%), Kuala Lumpur (65%), and Johor (65%).
141 patients needed respiratory aid, with ventilators operating at 36% of their full capacity.
The use of standard Covid-19 beds has likewise topped 50% in the majority of states.
They are Kelantan (101%), Selangor (97%), Perak (90%), Kuala Lumpur (87%), Perlis (81%), Putrajaya (77%), Johor (75%), Pahang (71%), Sabah (71%), Penang (52%), Terengganu (52%), and Sarawak (52%).
In terms of overall capacity in public hospitals (Covid-19 and non-Covid-19 patients), non-critical beds accounted for 72% of total capacity, while ICUs accounted for 60% of total capacity.
